Who We Are

Remnant Minerals Recovery LLC is a Texas based company founded in March 2026 by Husband and Wife founders Matthew and Winnie. We are developing a commercial brine valorization operation on the Gulf Coast — recovering magnesium hydroxide, potassium chloride, and sodium chloride from desalination reject concentrate that would otherwise be discharged into Gulf Coast waters.

We are a registered Texas LLC with active SAM.gov federal enrollment pursuing SBIR and DOE critical minerals grant funding. We are actively pursuing academic partnerships with Texas universities to support our process development and grant applications.

Our mission is to protect Gulf Coast marine ecosystems while supplying domestically produced critical minerals to American industry.
